How to cut up a pineapple in a traditional Hawaiian method!
Patty great video, when I did this with lesson with my Kindergarteners and 1st graders(K-1), learned because the pineapple is stored right side up all the juices are at the bottom, so you cut the top off the pineapple and turn it upside down for 30 minutes so all the juices get distributed evenly throughout the pineapple.
